Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive an email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
Domestic Shipping (Australia)
We offer the following shipping options for Australian orders:
- Standard Shipping: $10.00 AUD — estimated delivery in 7–20 business days
- Express Shipping: $15.00 AUD — estimated delivery in 5–14 business days
- Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $100.00 AUD
Please note: delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and current carrier demand.
International Shipping
We ship to selected countries worldwide. International orders are shipped via standard international carriers with estimated delivery of 10–25 business days. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply in their country.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor your shipment's progress.
